Thanks for your comments on the re-opening. I’m happy that your glad the site is back! Anyway, I’ve screen capped Cates role in the 2003 movie Coffee and Cigarettes in which Cate plays ‘Cate’ and ‘Shelly’.

After a few months downtime Cate Blanchett Fan is back open for business, thanks to the wonderful Gertie! You will notice we have a brand new layout up, I hope you like it! There are also a few new pages here and there and some changes to the old ones. I have loads of images that I need to add to the gallery so make sure you keep checking back. Anyway for now screen captures from Lord of the Rings; Return of the King have been added to the gallery!

I have added pictures to the gallery of Cate at the Oscars looking absolutely stunning. Sadly Cate lost out on both her nominations.

In other news, Elizabeth: The Golden Age was released on DVD to day in the UK, I have my copy so I’ll have screencaptures coming your way shortly.

Gorgeous pictures of Cate attending the 2008 Film Independent’s Spirit Awards have been added to the gallery. At the awards Cate picked up the gong for Best Supporting Actress for ‘I’m Not There’ so congratulations Cate!

Remember its Oscar night tonight! I will do my best to get pictures up ASAP, but I’m in the UK and have University in the morning so I can’t stay up too late waiting for pictures lol So they may be a bit late.

Cate, Andrew and bump were out at the Opening Night of ‘The Seed’ last night. A few pictures have been added to the gallery from the event. Remember the Oscars are this coming Sunday, I’m sure Cate will be attending to see if she can make Oscar history!
